Candle and Eye Pillow Workshop - Joy, Resistance & Collective Care: Living with Menstrual Disorders

Join us on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at The Warehouse - Birmingham Friends of the Earth environmental community hub for an empowering event for people living with menstrual disorders. Joy, Resistance and Collective Care: Living with Menstrual Disorders, is a collaborative series of events by Reproductive Justice Initiative and Cysters Through this event, we want to build a peer led and community of support for individuals navigating the challenges of menstrual disorders, fostering a sense of joy, resistance and collective care. Menstrual disorders can often be isolating, through this event, we are creating a space for those personally affected by menstrual disorders to do activities that can support their health and well being. Vesta Living will be taking us through a candle and eye pillow workshop to ignite creativity and share coping mechanisms with each other.
